There is a room for rent in this furnished 2-bedroom apartment with a live-in landlady on Carrer de la Providència, Gràcia. This 83 m² property offers a fully equipped kitchen and living area, where you can access the shared balcony. The living room is very spacious and offers plenty of seating as well as the dining table. The shared bathroom is equipped with a shower, and the washing machine can be found in the balcony off the other bedroom.

Located in the Gràcia area, this property is just outside of the heart of the city, but it certainly isn't boring. There's a huge range of shops and restaurants nearby. The Moonlight Cinema is just around the corner from this apartment, and the nearest supermarket is less than 2-minutes' walk away. The Fresh Food Market is just a 3-minute walk away, and sells fish, meat, fruits and vegetables, and all for a good price. And, with easy access to public transport, it's quick and easy to get around Barcelona and the surrounding areas.
