What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Located in front of the Ciutadella Park with a spectacular overview of the city and the sea, still in a quiet pedestrian area. Highly connected with different bus, tram, train and underground stations. Less than 7 min-walk: Marina (L1), Arc de Triomf (L1), Vila Olímpica (L4), Estacion Nord (Bus), Estacion Franca (train), tram stop at the front door. The sea promenade and the city centre are less than 12 min-walk. Next to UPF campus. Fully furnished with own study corner, individual heating and air conditioning in each room. Weekly cleaning of the shared areas and bills included.

The Ciutadella Park is just across the road, and is where you can find a museum, the zoo, and beautiful walking tracks. Public transport access is great here, making it super quick and easy to get around the city.
