There are rooms for rent in the 4-bedroom apartment with live-in landlord on Passeig de Valldaura in Horta-Guinardo. This apartment has a charming kitchen with wooden cupboards in which to store food and cooking equipment. The kitchen also has a dining table which is in the light of the large window. There is a shared bathroom in this apartment that has a shower, toilet and sink.
Behind the apartment is a large park with garden and a sports complex as well as soccer fields where you could have a kick-around with friends. Right outside the front door you have a bus stop as well as a metro station around the corner giving you great access to the rest of the city.
Important:
- Please note that tenants do not have access to the living room as per landlord's decision. Only kitchen and bathroom.
Room description
Bedroom 1 is a colourful room with purple walls and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light and brightens up the room. There is a standalone wardrobe and chest of drawers in this room where you can store belongings, and a comfortable double bed.
What we liked the most
- Parc del Laberint is nearby and has beautiful flower gardens and even a hedge maze.
- There are restaurants in the area where you could get dinner when you can't be bothered cooking.
- This apartment already has Wi-Fi installed which means it will be ready to go upon moving in.
- The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you may need to cook.
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen which makes cleaning that much easier.
- The bedrooms are not suited for couples.
