The living area is bright and spacious, and has a large sofa and television, A/C unit, and access to the terrace. The tenant's bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower and is shared between bedrooms 1 and 2.
Located in the Horta-Guinardó area, this property is just over half an hour by the bus from the city centre. There is a wide range of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance of this apartment, with the nearest supermarket within a 5-minute walk. There is also a couple of smaller parks nearby, offering plenty of space to get out and get some fresh air and exercise.
