What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

El piso reformado recientemente, es perfecto para estudiante que busca tranquilidad. Habitación amueblada con calefacción y aire acondicionado para tu comodidad. Compartirás el piso solo con otra estudiante chica de derecho. Excelente ubicación cerca de Plaza España, muy tranquilo. A dos minutos del metro y autobuses, y a diez minutos a pie de la estación de Sants. Supermercados y mercado a la vuelta de la esquina. Gastos incluidos. Muebles se pueden cambiar al gusto del estudiante. Solo para chicas.
