This cozy 3-bedroom apartment includes a large, furnished living room area and a fully equipped kitchen. Bedroom 2 has a small laundry room attached to it. The bathroom is newly renovated and is just as spacious as the rest of the property. It includes a walk-in shower. There is a small laundry area accessible through Bedroom 2.

La Dreta de l'Eixample is a quiet district in Barcelona and offers many amenities for everyday living, including shops and supermarkets nearby. España-Deutschland University Studies school is just 5 minutes walking from the apartment. La Sagrada Familia tourist attraction is a quick 10-minute walk from the apartment.
