Spotahome's opinion

This 70 m² apartment is fantastic. It's not fancy, but it has everything you need to live comfortably. Located in the heart of Barcelona's Example Dreta neighbourhood, you are conveniently located amongst every amenity and activity your heart could desire. The apartment itself is cosy, with a living room and connected kitchen. The living room has an L-shaped couch that faces a TV, and is situated next to a large window that opens into a balcony with a beautiful view. The bedroom has a single bed, a window, shelving and a chest of drawers for storage.

There is always something to do here. Ice rinks in winter, cheese fairs in summer... Sit and listen to the falling waters of the fountains. This neighbourhood has some of Barcelona's best shopping, too. Head to Passeig de Gràcia and wander through the displays of Prada, Stella McCartney, and Valentino. For delicious, authentic Spanish food, head to La Terraza del Claris. Try botifarra (sausage) and other traditional Catalan tapas, along with a vermouth. You'll be living like a true Barcelona native in no time!

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a stovetop, a microwave, and more. It really has everything you'll need.
  • The balcony would make a lovely spot to have your morning coffee.
  • WiFi is included in the rent — so convenient!
  • There is some amazing shopping within a stone's throw of the apartment.

The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
The safety of our tenants and owners is our priority.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

  • ID or Passport
    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
