This is a charming, 2nd floor 3-bedroom apartment on Carrer De Bailèn, Barcelona. It has comfortable double bedrooms and a shared living area.

This apartment is perfect for those who want to be right amongst the hustle and bustle. Smokers are welcome, but please do it by an open window.

What we liked the most

  • Relaxing in your comfortable, private room – we all need some me-time.
  • Getting lost in Ciutadella Park – there is so much to explore.
  • Bringing your furry friend along for the fun – pets are allowed.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no TV in the apartment. There is so much to do nearby that you cannot get bored!
  • Bedroom 3 does not have a wardrobe, but you will find a clothes hanger.
  • This apartment is located on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:

    Identification document (ID card or passport)
  • Proof of solvency
    Documents proving your financial solvency for rent payments (e.g., recent pay slips, bank statements...)
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
