What we liked the most

  • Chilling on the balcony – much better with drinks.
  • Soaking up the decor – pretty much flawless.
  • Walking to school – skip the commute.

Things to keep in mind

  • There's no AC – time to invest in a fan?
  • The balcony is only accessible via Bedrooms 2, 3, 4 & 5. Sorry 1 and 6, you'll have to buddy up with the rest of the guys.
  • The landlord only accepts students as tenants.

Monthly Prices include: Internet, weekly cleaning service, maintenance service, community fees. Water, electricity and gas bills are not included. For water it is €5 each month, and electricity/gas will depend on use. They are more or less 60 euros per month per tenant.
