What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Renovated flat with your own bathroom and has a new york vibe to it. The apartment has a terrace and is very well located for transport, cafes and restaurants. I am looking for somebody who is not home working as I work from home during the week on some days. I am afraid I do not offer the service of "Empadronamiento"
