This is a furnished room in a shared 4-bedroom apartment in the heart of Vila de Gràcia, Barcelona. The price of the room includes all the expenses and services described later in this text. The minimum accepted rental stay is for 32 nights.
Under any circumstances we do not take touristic stays. We only accept mid-long term stays for students and young professionals for home use. We offer contract lengths ranging from 32 days to 6 months and you can make as many contract extensions as you wish for successive periods of maximum 6 months each extension.
The initial maximum duration of the contract is 6 months plus an automatic extension, that is; one year.
The tenant must pay a deposit of €600 that will be returned at the end of their contract. The payment of the deposit and the service fee is made directly with the property manager at the latest within 48 hours immediately after the booking is confirmed and, in all cases, must be paid before the delivery of keys and the effective check in date.
