Cozy rooms to rent in this 90 m², 4-bedroom apartment, 3rd flood. Shared with the live-in landlord, the apartment is fully furnished and provides everything necessary for a comfortable stay. There is a large and open living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or eating with your roommates. The kitchen is fully equipped .

Poble-sec is a district that overlooks Barcelona and is well-connected to all that the city has to offer. Near Plaça Espanya, you have plenty of trains and Metro lines to choose from. On Carrer del Gimbernat, you also are a short walk to Montjuic Park, where you can lay out on a sunny day or explore the many museums it has to offer.
