Delante supers Día y Coaliment, cerca Mercadona, también dos colmados, dos panaderías, cafeterías, restaurantes, farmacias, estanco, biblioteca, parques, gimnasio. A diez minutos a pie del Mercat de la Trinitat y Montserrat. A veinte minutos de calles comerciales como Vía Julia y Gran de Sant Andreu. Resto de la vivienda con cocina, mesa para desayunar+comer+cenar individualmente, en el caso de quererlo. Y salón/comedor en caso de necesitar comer cenar con varias personas hasta máximo seis y sofá chaiselong con Tv. Galería con lavadora & secadora, se puede subir a tender sin problema al terrado.
