It is fully furnished and includes central heating, a common washing machine, an equipped kitchen, and all bills (electricity, water, gas, and Wi-Fi) are included. Please note, the landlord resides in the property and accepts only female professionals or students.
El Poblenou is a vibrant neighborhood in Barcelona that blends modernity with historic charm. Nearby attractions include the El Pensador statue, Tot d'Avui Supermercats Estalvi market, and various eateries such as Albero Azzurro and Dona Jacinta. This neighborhood offers great proximity to amenities and a dynamic lifestyle.
Room description
The room has a double bed, an expansive wardrobe, and a table with a comfortable chair. The room is very bright and warm because of a vast floor-to-ceiling window with views of the internal patio, so it’s tranquil during the nights.
The room also has a private bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet for a relaxed stay.
The flat has a fully-equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and central heating.
The Poblenou district has everything needed - there are several supermarkets in the area, and one of the biggest shopping malls in Barcelona is just 5 minutes from the flat. Also, there is a variety of public transportation: metro, tram, buses, and trains (15 minutes walking).

A young cat lives with us, so, unfortunately, we can’t accept any more animals.
As it’s our home, we would respect our privacy, so using a living room or other rooms in the flat is prohibited.
