This quiet 5-bedroom apartment with rooms to rent on Carrer de Ferran is on the 2nd floor in Barri Gòtic. The main corridor is wide and has an armchair and microwave. Otherwise, there are two shared spaces. The simple living area has a 5-seat dining table. The kitchen, which is fully equipped, is practical and fairly spacious. It has a window, major appliances like a fridge and stove top, as well as a washing machine.
You can’t beat living in Barri Gòtic. It’s one of the most unique and central neighborhoods in the city. La Ramblas is just down the street. At La Boqueria, which is a 3-minute walk, you can buy groceries or get take-out if you’re in a rush. The neighborhood is full of terrific tapas bars and restaurants too. And you can easily get to most schools. Pompeu Fabra University is only a 5-minute walk away.
