What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

The apartment is cozy, equipped and located next to the well-known Gràcia neighborhood; Full of life, shops, transport and leisure. I am a kind, calm and open person. I help my tenant as much as I can, hoping for a good coexistence with maximum respect, personal autonomy and collaboration. It is also important to maintain day-to-day order and cleanliness and not disturb the neighbors. It should be noted that every month they will come to carry out a professional general cleaning. Finally, responsible and fair use of supplies such as electricity, gas and water is appreciated and valued, both for sustainability and economic reasons.

There is a room available to rent in this 2-bedroom apartment in Gràcia shared with the live-in landlord. The cozy apartment has a large living room and dining area which is kept fresh and sun-filled by the attached balcony. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there is 1 bathroom to share.

Gràcia is one of Barcelona's most charming neighborhoods, known for having plenty of cute shops and plenty of bars and restaurants. You will often see the streets filled as this is a very pedestrian-friendly area. Nearby, you have several grocery stores, small parks, and a metro stop.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has fiber optic cable, so tenants can browse the internet with speed!
  • There is a big refrigerator in the kitchen.
  • The apartment is in excellent condition
  • It has a well-equipped kitchen and nice furniture
  • The bedroom has plenty of storage space, including a hidden compartment under the bed.
  • Basic general cleaning products and for the kitchen and bathroom included
  • Individual electric air/heater to connect to wall

Things to keep in mind

  • Though this is an interior apartment, the bedroom and living room windows overlook a common courtyard with neighbors
