I help my tenant as much as I can, hoping for a good coexistence with maximum respect, personal autonomy and collaboration. It is also important to maintain day-to-day order and cleanliness and not disturb the neighbors. It should be noted that every month they will come to carry out a professional general cleaning. Finally, responsible and fair use of supplies such as electricity, gas and water is appreciated and valued, both for sustainability and economic reasons.
