This four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is located on Carrer d’Aragó in the L’Eixample Esquerra section of Barcelona. L’Eixample Esquerra is the more middle-class section of Barcelona, ideal for students of the UB (Universitat de Barcelona) and other universities and others looking to take advantage of the proximity to nightlife, the center of Barcelona, and other sites of note in the neighborhood itself. The neighborhood, like all of L’Eixample, is known for its octagonal city blocks, making this area of Barcelona incredibly unique for this architectural innovation. The area of the apartment is 90 m2.
What we liked the most
- The original tiled floors are in this apartment, with different patterns for each room!
- Both bathrooms have showers, allowing for less of a crowd for shower lines
- All of the bedrooms have fans
