What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Nuestro piso se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad con muy buena comunicación cerca Con muy buena comunicación metro (Universitad) a diez minutos andando de Plaza Cataluña. En una finca tranquila con ascensor, situado en un barrio "Sant Antoni" cerca bares, restaurantes, tiendas, cine , teatro, gimnasios, universidades y biblioteca. El piso esta situado en la segunda planta, con cuatro habitaciones, dos cuartos de baño, cocina con todo el menaje incluido, sala con tv y terraza. Las habitaciones todas cuentan con armario , escritorio, sábanas y toallas.

Three single rooms and one double room are available for rent in a four bedroom exterior apartment with two bathrooms. This spacious 110sqm apartment offers some great common areas, including a modern kitchen, a cozy living area and a terrace. It is located on Villaroel street, in the world-renowned neighborhood of L’Eixample, a minute away from a metro station.

What we liked the most

  • There is a large balcony where you can dry your washing or have a meal outdoors, as it is equipped with an outdoor table with chairs.
  • The living area is sunny and spacious. It is furnished with two sofas and a flat screen TV attached to the wall.
  • The kitchen is modern and comfortable, and it has a dining table with four chairs.
  • There are two shared bathrooms, so you won't have too wait for too long to have a shower in the mornings.
  • Every bedroom has their own individual key and lock.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are interior, but they all have windows overlooking a light-well.
