A bright four bedroom apartment with a floor area of 100 sqm. There are three double rooms and one single room for rent, and all rooms have their own private balcony overlooking the street. This exterior home offers great shared amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, a laundry room with a dryer, and a cozy living area. It is located on Calle del Perelló, a quiet street in the neighbrhood of Villa Olímpica, very close to the olympic village, the beach and the Rambla of Poblenou. These rooms cannot be rented by males, making it a great option for girls travelling to Barcelona by themselves and wanting to share a secure living environment with other like-minded females.

What we liked the most

  • The kitchen is spacious and bright, and comes with everything you would need for cooking your meals. There is even a TV to keep you entertained!
  • There is a small balcony adjoining the kitchen, where you will find the washing machine and the dryer.
  • There is a table with two chairs in the kitchen where you can have breakfast or a quick meal on the go, and a larger dining table in the living area for a more formal meal.

Things to keep in mind

  • The living area will have a sofa, even though it doesn't appear in the photos or video.
  • The wardrobe belonging to bedroom 1 is located outside the room, by the living area.
