This apartment is located on the third floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your washing using a rack inside the apartment.

Four bedrooms are for rent in a bright 75 sqm 4 bedroom apartment with 1 shared bathroom. This modern flat is ideal for students, being 4 minutes from the University of Barcelona by foot, or it would suit young professionals looking for a centrally and well-connected flat in a lively neighbourhood.

This flat is located on Carrer de Valledonzela, a charming street in El Raval, where you will find a variety of shops, bar and eateries to keep you entertained. If you love art, then you will appreciate the proximity to the Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona. You can grab yourself an yearly pass for about €15 and visit the museum whenever you have some free time!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has been recently refurbished, so you will be living in a tidy and well-maintained home.
  • Bedrooms 2 and 3 have balconies with beautiful street views.
  • Within a short walk you can access 4 different metro lines and a local train station, making easy for you to move around the city.
  • In the living area you will find a sofa and a coffee table, and there is a high table with some stools in the kitchen, providing you with a couple of dining options. This room also provides good storage space for your food items.
  • All bedrooms are modern and fully-furnished. They all have a desk, allowing you to study or work from the privacy of your room.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment does not come with a TV.
  • There is only 1 bathroom to be shared between all rooms.
  • Although cleaning service is included in the rent, cleaning products need to be purchased by the tenants.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
