Located on Carrer Ferlandina in the El Raval neighborhood of Barcelona, this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has 2 rooms for rent. The budget-friendly and centrally situated rooms are ideal for young professionals and student. The rooms are both spacious and exterior, and the flat itself is quite charming: you'll find walls painted with blue and yellow tones and tiled flooring with traditional designs. The 4th floor apartment has views of the street, even of the MACBa, and is within walking distance of many transportation lines.
You'll find museums like the MACBa and shops all around the area! As some of the campuses of the University of Barcelona are located a 5 minute walk away, students of this institution will benefit having a this flat as their base. Convenient location and comfortable home- this 120 m² has it all.
