This fabulous 72 m², 4-bedroom apartment has been recently modernised and re-decorated, creating a fresh and attractive living space. There are 3 double and 1 single rooms for rent; all of them fully-furnished and nicely decorated. Common amenities include 2 bathrooms and a brand-new kitchen/living space.
This exterior apartment also enjoys a great location on Carrer Puigmarti, in the charming neighborhood of Gràcia, very close to Avenida Diagonal, one of the most important avenues in Barcelona. These rooms are a great option for students or professionals looking for hassle-free, fully furnished, modern accommodation.

What we liked the most
- You will love the added comfort of living in an apartment which has been recently refurbished.
- If you enjoy cooking, you will be pleased to see the impressive state-of-the art kitchen featuring all the mod-cons, including a fancy gas stove and drawers that lit up when you open them!
- Bedroom 3 has a desk, providing occupants a quiet and private space to study.
- It won't be a problem if are working in other areas of the city, as you can take advantage of the many public transport options and get to work in a jiffy.
- Bedrooms 1 and 2 have their own balconies overlooking the street.
Things to keep in mind
- There is only 1 A/C unit in the house, situated in the kitchen/living area.
- The apartment can also be rented as a whole by a maximum of 6 people for €2200 per month.
