What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

We are a family made up of my husband Andrés, our 16-year-old son Dante, our little cat Kora, and myself, Jimena. We rent out a spacious room in our home for one person. We are a calm and friendly family; we work and enjoy meeting and hosting new people. We are always willing to help tenants with anything they may need. The room is rented **for one person only**. The **bathroom, dining room, and kitchen are shared**. The neighborhood where the house is located is very well connected by public transport. There are many shops and supermarkets nearby, and the metro is just one minute away from the house. Our goal is to make sure **everyone feels at home!**
