This cosy exterior apartment, located on Carrer de la Marina is perfect for anyone wishing to live in the beautiful L'Eixample Dreta district. Five charming rooms are available for rent and the bills are included in the price. The tenants will share a communal living room, a bathroom and a chic dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen where we are sure you will prepare some delicious meals.

You'll have easy access to the city centre as well as the Barcelona beach. In the surrounding area you will be able to find plenty of stores, restaurants, bars and cafes, as L'Eixample is an upper-middle class neighborhood with a lot of culture. The area of the apartment is 100 m².

Room description

Fully furnished room with an outstanding balcony view and a cosy double bed.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment is very big and cosy. You'll also benefit from a very sunny dining area and comfortable sofas in the living room.
  • The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lot of cupboards available where you can store your things.
  • The metro station is located just around the corner from the apartment. How convenient!
  • L'Eixample is a beautiful area with a lot to offer.
  • The biggest bedroom, room 1, has a large, comfortable double bed and a big wardrobe where you can store your things. Upon your arrival you will also get a desk in the living room if you choose to stay in this one. This bedroom has a chic balcony (you can also access this balcony from bedroom number 2) with a really nice view.

Things to keep in mind

  • The tenants will have to share one bathroom which has a beautiful calming blue theme.
  • Bedroom 2 may look a bit different from the visual material.
