Y lo mejor de todo es…. ¡Que tiene aire acondicionado y mucha luz natural! Piso de cuatro habitaciones full equipadas, tres de cama doble y una de cama sencilla. Tiene dos baños completos por lo cual a la hora de compartir será mucho más cómodo. Cocina con todo el equipamiento necesario para preparar tus platos favoritos, un salón comedor bien amplio, muy bien iluminado gracias al balcón que da a un tradicional patio con mucha luz natural.

For Long stays bookings (more than 6 Month), if you shorten your stay for more than 50% of the original stay, the deposit won't be refunded.

Couples are allowed but to avoid apartment saturation (common area) it is limited to 1 couple per apartment

The tenant must cover an Administrative Fee amount of 150 €

There is an extra fee of 100 € for couples

Deposit and administrative fees must be covered before your arrival at the property.

The room-shared properties are included with a weekly cleaning service, except for studios.
