- Noise and visits are not allowed after 10pm.
- No smoking.
- Lost keys or damages of a lock have a cost of 50€. If you break the lock you will be responsible for the locksmith and the replacement of the lock. If that happens during the night or the weekend you will have to call the locksmith yourself.
- IF SOMEONE STAYS OVERNIGHT IN YOUR ROOM YOU WILL HAVE TO GIVE PRIOR NOTICE AND PAY 20€ PER NIGHT FOR THE ADDITIONAL GUEST. MAXIMUM STAY OF EXTRA GUEST IS 5 NIGHTS IN A ROW. ONLY ONE EXTRA GUEST IN THE WHOLE PROPERTY.
- It's mandatory to leave the kitchen and bathroom clean after using them.
- Couples are not allowed; double beds are also for single use.
If any of the house rules is broken or if you put in risk the security and quiet of the guests, it may result in immediate expulsion.
