Hola, somos Marta y Noé. Ofrecemos una habitación privada en nuestro piso de dos habitaciones, reformado, cómodo y bien equipado. Es un espacio pensado para convivir con tranquilidad y buen ambiente, ideal para alguien responsable y respetuoso. El piso cuenta con cocina equipada (vitrocerámica, horno, nevera, lavavajillas y lavadora), baño compartido, zonas comunes agradables y limpieza semanal incluida. La habitación está amueblada con cama (una de las habitaciones tiene una cama doble y la otra una individual), un armario o una cómida, escritorio y silla. Tiene buena luz natural y todo lo necesario para instalarse desde el primer día. Está en una calle tranquila del barrio de Gràcia, entre las estaciones de metro Lesseps y Vallcarca, bien conectado con el centro. A sólo cinco minutos caminando del Park Güell, en una zona con encanto, segura y con todos los servicios: comercios, terrazas, supermercados y transporte público. Gràcia destaca por su ambiente creativo, plazas con vida, oferta cultural y comunidad internacional. Buscamos a alguien tranquilo, limpio y respetuoso. No es un piso de fiesta, sino un hogar compartido.
