10 - 11 months = + 0%

7 - 9 months = + 10%

4 - 6 months = + 20%

1 - 3 months = + 25%

The standard price will be paid on the platform and the difference will be paid to the owner.

Payments methods accepted:

✔ In order to fully confirm your reservation, the deposit must be paid before your arrival, aside from your first month's payment through the platform.

Important information:

• For access to the room, we work with electronic keys that will be sent through an app.

• Supplies are €135/month and per person.

(They include: water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi , weekly cleaning of common areas.

• The visit of family members or friends will be admitted only during the day. Visitors cannot stay in the apartment during the night.
