In order to confirm your booking with the landlord, the tenant must cover the deposit/fianza fee within 48 hrs, after the booking acceptance.
- Payment methods accepted: For bank transfers, we don't accept fortnightly/biweekly payments. In order to fully confirm your reservation,the deposit and the supplies amount must be paid before your arrival, aside from your first month's payment through Spotahome.
- If you decide to cancel your booking after it has been accepted, here is the cancelation policy for a refund:
-> More than 31 days before check-in you will get a 100% refund from the security deposit
-> Between 30 to 16 days before check-in, you will get a 50% refund from the security deposit
-> Less than 15 days before your check-in, there will be no refund from your security deposit.
