Looking for a room close to Barcelona city centre? Spotahome is proud to present this quiet apartment, located on Carrer de Valldonzella in the diverse district of El Raval. The apartment is conveniently situated close to University of Barcelona and plenty of transportation that can take you to the beach in just 25 minutes. It consists of a living room with a balcony, a cosy kitchen, a shared bathroom with a bathtub, as well as 4 bedrooms available for rent. The area of the apartment is 70 m².

What we liked the most

  • Universitat of Barcelona is just a 10 minute walk away and La Barceloneta beach is a 25 minute metro ride away!
  • The apartment features a cosy living room with a balcony where you can enjoy fourth floor views of the bright interior patio.
  • Each room is fully furnished with everything you might need to have a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
  • The apartment has a shared bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
