What is it like to live here according to the Landlord?

Bright unit the owner updated a few years ago, although AC only in common area which can be ROUGH lol. Special neighborhood, minimal vehicle traffic and everything at your fingertips. It is a three bedroom with a den, quick bike ride to the best beaches in BCN. Calm living. Dates negotiable. I live alone and will always keep my office space as my own, although when im traveling you are free to use. As of end April, its just me at the moment. i will be traveling a lot and could be mutually beneficial. rooftop needs love and gardening. happy searching!
