Tenants will feel right at home in this quiet, comfortable apartment, which is shared with the landlady. It features a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen with an oven and washing machine. The bathroom is only shared by the two tenants, and all utilities, Wi-Fi, and a cleaning service are included in the rent. Located on Carrer de Lepant, the apartment provides easy access to some of Barcelona's most beautiful green spaces. The famous Park Guell and expansive Parc del Guinardó are both just 15 minutes walking from the apartment. Hospital de la Santa Creu i St Pau, with its beautiful gardens, is also very close, making this a great option for hospital employees.
