Es un barrio tranquilo y al mismo tiempo concurrido, cercano a todo: museos, playa, bares, buses y metro. Las reglas de la casa son simples, respeto mutuo, limpieza y orden, no fiestas ni after en la casa. Hay un sentido de convivencia entre las personas del edificio somos personas muy amigables y respetuosas sobre todo en no molestar con musica alta ni fiestas, se vive tranquilo en el edificio. Ideal si vienes a estudiar o por trabajo.
