  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

Important Infromation:

In order to confirm your booking with the landlord, the tenant must cover the deposit/fianza and admin fee within 48 hrs, after the booking acceptance.

    • Cleaning service: periodic cleaning of the common areas of the apartment is included in rent (room periodic cleaning is not included)
    • Repairs and maintenance services available for free
    • 24h tenant support in case of emergencies available for free
    • Admin support
    • Bills are included up to a limit.

    • Students, Erasmus, or students on intern programmes only: proof of enrollment required.
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish
  • Your landlord does not live on the property
  • Take into account that if you are booking an entire flat, there is a final cleaning's charge of 250€

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
