It is located in the popular L’Eixample neighborhood, very close to the famous Sagrada Familia and within walking distance of several metro stops. The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, supermarkets, and several beautiful parks are also nearby. At 72 sqm it features a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and lots of storage. The bright and comfortable living room has high ceilings, a sofa, dining table, and television. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
