This shared 3 bedroom apartment, with 2 bedrooms available to rent, is a fantastic opportunity for students or young professionals looking to live in the heart of Barcelona. It is located in the popular L’Eixample neighborhood, very close to the famous Sagrada Familia and within walking distance of several metro stops. The Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau, supermarkets, and several beautiful parks are also nearby. At 72 sqm it features a shared bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and lots of storage. The bright and comfortable living room has high ceilings, a sofa, dining table, and television. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a washing machine.
