You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is on us.
All electricity, water, gas, cleaning or maintenance expenses are included in the price, with no surprises. The apartment has 2 bathrooms (1 with shower), 1 kitchen, 1 living room and 4 bedrooms.

The surroundings of Sagrada Família are perfect to enjoy the authentic life of Barcelona! The neighborhood is part of the Eixample district. Its residential areas are very quiet and have parks to practice sports or read quietly, such as the Gaudí Park, the Industry Gardens and the Antoni Puigvert Gardens. It has several bus and metro options that will connect you with the rest of the city. If you take the metro station in front of the basilica and one higher up (Hospital de Sant Pau), you can be at Placa Universitat in 10 minutes and on Las Ramblas in 20.
