Our private rooms are designed for young professionals with all expenses included. Your contract includes cleaning service, Wifi, furniture, equipped kitchen, a washer, dryer, iron, dishwasher, and much more. All our apartments are fully equipped! You only have to worry about bringing your suitcase with your belongings, the rest is on us. All expenses for electricity, water, gas, cleaning or maintenance are included in the price, no surprises. The apartment has 6 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room. Being part of our community is not only to live better, it is also to connect, sharing or working in a new city with people from all over the world. Gracia is the perfect neighborhood to stay in Barcelona! Come and experience the local life! Most of its quiet, narrow streets and leafy squares with no traffic noise are only a few minutes away from wonderful bakeries, bars, restaurants and the market. Well connected to the rest of the city. You can take the metro (Fontana, Lesseps, or Diagonal stops), but walking is also a good option-the Gothic Quarter is just minutes away. The Gothic Quarter is a 30-minute walk along the great Passeig de Gracia, and the Barceloneta beach is a 50-minute walk away.
