The flat is designed with an open plan layout and has a comfortable seating area, a fully furnished kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed.

El Born is situated in the very centre of Barcelona. This area is filled with unique bars, cafés, and restaurants that suit all tastes and budgets. Tenants can walk just 9 minutes to reach the Ciutadella Park, one of the city's main green spaces. This area is close to several of Barcelona's main cultural attractions and nightlife hotspots.

What we liked the most

  • A/C units are spread throughout the property – air conditioning is essential for summers in Barcelona.
  • This property is well-connected to other parts of the city – Arc de Triomf train station and Urquinaona metro station are both less than 10 minutes away.
