This luminous and recently renovated studio apartment is available to rent to up to 2 people, in El Born in downtown Barcelona. The apartment is entirely new, including the parquet floors, modern bathroom, and chic furnishings. It has a fully equipped kitchenette with a double burner electric stove, as well as a dining table, sofa, and flatscreen television. Two large windows fill the space with light and one leads to a balcony with a view of the charming Carrer de Sant Pere Més Baix.
El Born is a central neighborhood that captures Barcelona's spirit in its narrow streets, architecture, bars, and historic sites. This area has fantastic nightlife and dining, but also more practical amenities such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, and bus stops. Not only is the property within walking distance of much of the major monuments, it is also close to parks and the beach.
What we liked the most
- Everything in this apartment is brand new and modern.
- There is A/C and heating, so you will be comfortable year round.
