This rental is strictly reserved for leisure, vacation, or cultural purposes, and guests will be required to provide supporting documentation to accredit the reason for their stay. Utility expenses and the security deposit are not included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit equivalent to one to two months of rent is required, depending on the total duration of the stay.
