Elegant studio located in one of the most popular and sought-after areas in the centre of Barcelona. Once you find yourself in this square in the historic centre of Barcelona, you can take any of the surrounding streets, where you will find cobbled alleyways full of history.
This flat combines modern style with the maintenance of the traditional beams, making the stay a warm and cosy experience.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, plasma screen TV and a bar with practical stools. The kitchen is integrated and fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dryer.
In the same space is the double bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin and towels.
The flat also has Wi-fi Internet connection, air conditioning and safe.
This flat does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within 250 metres of the flat.
Things to keep in mind
- Admin fee:
- 1-2 months: 450€ + VAT.
- 3-5 months: 600€ + VAT.

- Our reception is located at Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 09:00 and 19:30 from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays from Monday to Friday).
- If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or on a public holiday during the week), the keys will be collected from Aribau street, from 09:00 to 19:30.
Bed linen and towels are included.
