In the heart of El Raval, this 54 m² studio apartment available to rent offers a trendy industrial style home with exposed brick, wooden beams, and a small balcony. The bedroom area is furnished with a double bed and standalone wardrobe and opens up to the balcony making it the sunniest area of the apartment. There is a floor-length curtain that you can use to separate the bedroom from the living room which has a stylish couch, coffee table, and a large flat-screen TV. The all-red kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar.
On Carrer de Guifré, the apartment is less than a 10 minute-walk from Barcelona's Las Ramblas and the Universitat de Barcelona. Living in El Raval you will never be bored with shops, cocktail bars, and art galleries right outside your door. Be sure to check out the La Boquería market where you can get delicious food and buy fresh produce.
What we liked the most
- There is an AC unit to keep you cool during the summer.
- The high ceilings makes the studio feel more spacious.
- The kitchen is small but fully equipped, including an oven which can be rare in studios.
- The bathroom is spacious and has multiple water jets.
- We love the curtain to separate the spaces – a nice touch.
- You are a short-walk away from Las Ramblas and several metro stations.

YOU NEED PROOF OF TEMPORARY STAY TO BE ACCEPTED. Only temporal stays are allowed, up to 11 months, and with no possibility of extension.

If your booking is for two months or less, the full amount of the stay must be paid before check in.

- Deposit:
- Up to 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is one monthly rent month

- Bills:

- Check-in/out hours:

- If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm. NO CHECKINGS AFTER 12AM.
- Keys:
- Each tenant in the contract will receive one set of keys. Anyone who is not in the contract will not receive keys of the apartment
- Payment:
- You have 3 options to pay the balance:
- Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm, maximum 1500€ per person)
- Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
- Bank transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day
- For contracts starting on or after the 16th of the month, the remainder of the following month's rent must be paid to the landlord before check-in.
- Check-out cleaning fee (this cleaning fee will be charged at the end of your stay): 16€ per hour + VAT and laundry 30€ + VAT per hour.
