Check-in/out information:

Check-in hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, including weekends and public holidays, there is an additional charge of 100€ in cash, payable upon arrival. (If you wish to avoid this charge, you are welcome to change your check-in date without any problem)

Check-in (Monday - Friday): 10:00 - 19:00. Check-out (Monday - Friday): 10:00 - 19:00.

The tenant will have access to the following areas

Residencial property Must follow the norms of co-existence. You must cover an entry fee of 400€ (which covers the check-in and check-out cleaning and a set of bed linen & towels) Utilities deposit of 100€/month (not included in the rent). Actual consumption will be reconciled at the end of the contract any balance will be refunded or extra costs charged.
