Located in the charming Gràcia district is this spacious 60 m² studio available to rent. Not only is this a well-sized studio, but it also opens up onto a private terrace, providing you a personal oasis in the big city. The apartment has a great layout that allows for different spaces making the apartment feel bigger. The double bed is tucked away in a cozy corner, and in the living room area you have a large couch, dining table for 4, and a wardrobe. There is a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cabinets and a large refrigerator.
Gràcia is the perfect neighborhood if you are looking for a small-town atmosphere in a big city. A bit outside of the busy center, you have a friendly and lively area full of boutiques, cafes, and shops. You can find all your basic amenities nearby but are also well-connected by metro when you need to get around. For a little bit of exercise with culture mixed in, you can head to Parc Güell just a 10-minute walk away.
