Located on the 5th floor with a terrace larger than the main room, this cozy 15 m² studio apartment available to rent in Barcelona's El Born neighborhood is a true gem. The studio can accommodate an individual or couple with a bed that be used as a single or double bed. The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette and a small dining table. However, with a terrace that has a raised platform, 2 outdoor tables, and a grill, you'll want to spend your time outdoors.

On Carrer dels Mercaders, the studio is in the heart of the El Born neighborhood. Up on the 5th floor you get the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Right outside your door you have plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants, but have even more options on nearby Via Laietana. Be sure to check out the Santa Caterina Market a short walk away and Barceloneta beach.

  • You'll have plenty of natural light every morning.

  • You are in a central location and are about 15 minutes away from the beach.
