- SEASONAL RENTAL FOR LEISURE OR HOLIDAY PURPOSES ONLY – MIN. 32 DAYS MAX. 11 MONTHS
We only accept reservations from tenants staying for leisure or holiday purposes.
This apartment is exclusively available for temporary stays related to leisure, holidays, recreational or cultural activities such as congresses, fairs or festivals, as well as short-term work or study stays. The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months.
You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and sign a document with the owner declaring that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes.
- Fees to pay before check in:
- Deposit: If your stay is between 1 and 5 months, the deposit is equal to one and a half month's rent. If your stay is between 6 and 11 months, the deposit is equal to 2 months rent.
- Admin Fee: 1 month's rent + 21% VAT + contract fee, payable to landlord, one time payment (mandatory).
- Cleaning service: An exit cleaning fee is mandatory and depends on the apartment. The amount can range from €100 to €200 + 21% VAT, depending on the square metres of the flat. This needs to be paid before check in.
- Bills: The bills will be charged in advance each month. At check in, the first month´s bills are due. If the consumption exceeds the amount paid, the excess will be charged when finalizing the contract
- Contract preparation fee: one-time mandatory payment, depending on the apartment. Included in the admin fee value.
- Special conditions:
- Bookings of 6 months or more: domiciliation possible
- Bookings of 11 months or less: The total amount of bills will be calculated at the end of the contract, the difference will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
- Payment method: bank transfer (American Express is not accepted); credit/debit card
- Bed linen and towelsare not included but can be provided upon request (consult the landlord for the price)
- Registration is possible as long as the length of stay is at least 6 months. You must confirm that you are unregistered when you leave the property.
- Pet fee: In apartments where pets are allowed, a supplement of half a month's extra deposit will be charged if you move in with your pet.

- Quick response to any incidence, providing solutions.
- Office support from Monday to Friday 9:00 - 19:00. For attention only. Key collection is only until 17:00.
- Tenant support in case of doubts, issues, cleaning, counselling and guiding aspects.
- Legal contract
- Mediation between tenant and owner in case of conflicts and disagreements.
- Possibility of a new contract
- Check-in/out info:
- Monday - Friday: 12:00 - 17:00 (at the landlord's office). Key collection is only until 17:00.
- Check-in outside working hours would be only possible depending on our availability and you will be charged 85 euro + VAT for the service. Please inform us in advance in case of check-in outside working-hours requests.
- The landlord does not live on the property.
