This studio apartment on Carrer de Picalquers, in El Raval is fully furnished and has access to an equipped kitchen which is shared with 1 other apartment on the same floor. The 16 m² property has its own private fridge/ freezer, 1 bathroom, A/C, and access to a shared terrace.

The apartment is located in El Raval, a central and fashionable area of Barcelona. Once the red light district of, El Raval has had a serious makeover and now there are plenty of shops, great bars, and iconic spots to explore. The metro is close by so getting around is a breeze.

What we liked the most

  • Though a small space, you even have your own washing machine, on the balcony.
  • The kitchen is shared with another apartment.
  • The apartment is basic but contemporary, and has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay.
  • You'll be within walking distance of so much of the city from this central location:
    • 10 minutes from the harbour, 20-25 from the beach.
    • 5-10 minutes from the University of Barcelona.
    • Moments from La Rambla, and all the myriad shopping and dining options of the city centre!
