This studio apartment is available for rent on Carrer del Valles in Sant Andreu. The living area in this apartment has a comfortable couch and behind a wall there is a comfortable double bed. Opposite the living area is an open kitchen with a large fridge and plenty of cabinets to store cooking utensils and dry foods. You can access the bathroom from the sleeping area which has a shower, toilet and sink.

The apartment is located in a great area in Barcelona and nearby you will find restaurants, shopping and bars. If you're looking for a place to catch up with friends you could visit the cafes in the area.

What we liked the most

  • Wi-Fi is installed and active in the property so it will be ready to go once you move in.
  • In the living room and the bedroom there are large shelving units on which to store your things.
  • There is a Swim club a short walk from the apartment where you could get some exercise.
  • There are supermarkets and fruit and vegetable store nearby where you could do your shopping.
  • The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you need to cook.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no clothes dryer in the apartment so a rack may be necessary for drying laundry.
  • The apartment doesn't have a dishwasher so you will need to do all the dishes by hand.
