This is a stylish 1st floor, studio apartment on Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, Barcelona. It has a recently renovated sleek decor, and a cute interior terrace.

We think this apartment is perfect for a solo professional. Head into the city centre for a night out after a long day at work. Go shopping, walk in the park - it's all here.

Things to keep in mind

  • The kitchen is on the small side. There's a microwave and 2-burner stove but the refrigerator is only half-size, and there is no oven. But who are we kidding, you'll probably eat out anyway.

With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.

Once your reservation at this property is accepted, we will ask you for some additional information. It will only take you a few minutes and you will only need the following documents:
