You have to check out the living area part. As already mentioned, this place is very spacious- especially for a studio- meaning you have designated living space.

We think this is great for a young couple or individual who loves to host, but doesn't want too much going on at the same time.

This is a welcoming studio apartment in Sant Martí right in the heart of Barcelona. Equipped with all you need- plenty of seating space, kitchen, A/C for those hot Spanish summers, you really have it all going on here.

With plenty of space and a warm welcoming character, you honestly will feel right at home here and amongst it all- you are living in a top neighbourhood!
